Our general liability policy includes a $1,000,000 limit for each occurrence, including $1,000,000 for personal injuries, $500,000 for rented premises per occurrence, and medical expenses up to $15,000 per individual. Additionally, our auto policy provides $1,000,000 coverage per accident, including $1,000,000 for bodily injury per person, $1,000,000 for bodily injury per accident, and $500,000 for property damage.

Adherence to New Jersey State Regulations

Before any work commences or payment is made, a detailed written contract will be provided for all deliverables and deposits, with the option for electronic signature to enhance convenience. This contract will clearly define the scope of work, including start and end dates, and any additional necessary details. It will remain flexible, allowing for revisions through an updated contract if required. A Certificate of Insurance for our General Liability Policy, featuring our insurance agent's contact information and company details, will also be submitted as mandated by the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs. Additionally, our comprehensive warranty policy, which upholds the highest standards of workmanship and material quality, will be provided for your review and signature. This ensures every facet of your project is thoroughly protected from beginning to end.

'ALL Home Improvement Contracts in excess of $500 and all changes in the terms and conditions of the contract, must be in writing and are required to include, but are not limited to: the legal name, business address, and contractor’s registration number, and the legal name and business address of the sales representative, a copy of the certificate of commercial general liability insurance for $500,000 per occurrence, and the telephone number of the insurance agency issuing the certificate, description of the work to be performed and principal products and materials to be used or installed, a statement of any guarantee or warranty with respect to any product, material, labor or service made by the seller of home improvement, description of any mortgage or security interest to be taken in connection with the financing or sale of the home improvement, and the total price including finance charges.'
